The New Humanity Centre - An International Workshop, Study Centre and Spiritual Retreat

The Ensophion (pictured on the right) is the focal point of the New Humanity Centre which is located 10 km from Kalamata, in southern Greece. The Centre is nestled 600 m up on a mountainside and overlooks the Gulf of Messini. The surrounding views are both spectacular and awe-inspiring. The night sky also provides wonderful views of constellations and stars with almost no glare from urban ligthing. The centre functions as an international spiritual workshop /seminar and conference centre as well as a silent retreat. It also caters for backpackers, school visits, hikers, mountaineers and provides cheap holiday rooms and space for mobile homes and tent sites.

The New Humamity Centre especially welcomes teachers /gurus and masters to host their workshops and seminars for their students in the surroundings of this unique natural environment which offers beauty, silence and space. The Centre is vegetarian although we do respect the wishes of non-vegetarians and provide space for culinary alternatives.

The Centre is administered by Hari Homaro Vacal who was a graduate of the University of Brussels, Belgium, and a student member of Oxford University, UK. Hari was also a graduate of Waterloo University of Canada and involved in the Arcane School of New York, USA.

THE AIMS AND PHILOSOPHY OF THE CENTRE
The aim of the New Humanity Centre is to provide the space and opportunity to embrace, in its conferences and workshops (yours or our own), all aspects of the necessary spiritual and physical transformations for the New Millenium, at all levels, both esoteric and exoteric. These range from spiritual wisdom teachings, through to 'New-Age' political and economic alternatives. Our philosophy is holistic, that is, its teachings also include aspects of natural therapies, self- development, a new form of education and a return to basic ecological living and non-violent lifestyles. Naturally, our lifestyle is one of open-ness in a totally ecumenical spirit of One-ness. The New Humanity Centre is the international headquarters of the “Universal Alliance” but is independent of any particular, religious, philosophical or political ideology. Our participation and experiential 'coming together' is essential to the realisation, in practice, of our common ideals for a One Love World in harmony with that of Mother Gaia.

The Spiritual Retreat and Conference Hall facilities are the service aspect of the New Humanity Centre. All profits from which go to support the work of the Universal Alliance which is an international voluntary network, open to all people of goodwill who aspire to the coming together of humanity in one sharing, common brother-and- sisterhood. By creating new relationships of mutual, co-creative co-operation at all levels, we remove the causes of war and suffering which are the karmic result of negative relationships. These karmic relationships bind us together at both an individual and nation-state level, hence we must meet, come together to heal our differences and create a better world for ourselves and those who follow in the future.

THE ENHUMANITY / UNITY OF HUMANITY NEWSLETTER
“The Enhumanity Newsletter”, as the original bulletin of the Centre, has been merged with the “Unity of Humanity” bulletin of the Universal Alliance International, under the former title, as our quarterly newsletter which enables us to keep in touch, network, share ideas and lifestyles to those who might like to remain in regular communication with us. The subscription of 10 Pounds Sterling or $15 U.S. or equivalent can be waived, on request, in cases of extreme and genuine financial difficulties or for those organisations with whom we can exchange bulletins and journals on a regular basis. We will enclose, in our mailings, your leaflets, by agreement, as well as our own further information on activities at our Centre, in exchange for an agreed contribution towards our costs of mailing to our many contacts all over the World!
